Chapter Three Conditioning

The door opened and a stunning tall blonde walked in and before Tina could even get up. A silicone mask was placed over her face, and out of the corner of her eye Tina saw the gurney waiting for her. The gas flowing into her was sweet and hypnotic and the beautiful blonde woman gently helped Tina onto the galley… she was being taken back to the conditioning room as the gas quickly did its work and soon Tina was floating, helpless as she was lowered down onto the gurney.

Tina looked up at the woman, she was striking, six feet of poised lethality wrapped in tailored black, her platinum hair pulled into a severe ponytail, and her ice-blue eyes held no warmth and no pity. Her gloved hand already held the mask, sleek, matte-black silicone, molded to fit perfectly over a human face, trailing thin transparent tubing from its edges.

Tina’s body tensed instinctively, thighs flexing to push herself upright—but the blonde moved held her fast the mask clamped over her face…Tina’s hands flew up on reflex, clawing at the edges of the mask, but the blonde’s grip on the back of her head was iron like, gentle in pressure, merciless in intent.

“Shhh,” the blonde murmured, voice low and clinical. “You know how this goes, Tina. Deep breaths now. In… and out. Good girl.”

Again out of the corner of her eye, and through the faint haze already clouding her vision, Tina saw the IV stand prepped, monitors silent and dark for now… the conditioning room was ready. Always the conditioning room when control slipped, when emotion bled through the cracks they’d trained out of her.

Her legs had been tangled around Randy’s lifeless body and they twitched once, then slackened, the gas worked fast. Her thoughts grew syrupy, heavy. The sorrow she’d felt moments ago for the freckled boy dulled to a distant echo, the guilt, the fleeting wish that things could be different. All of it dissolving like sugar in warm water.

The blonde eased her arms into restraints with practiced care, lifting Tina’s limp form as though she weighed nothing. Tina’s head lolled against the blonde’s shoulder, mask still sealed tight, each inhale pulling more of the sweet vapor deep into her lungs. Her eyes so beautiful, still glistening from that last tear fluttered half closed.

She was maneuvered onto the gurney without resistance. Straps slid over her wrists and ankles, across her chest and thighs made of soft leather lined with fleece, never meant to bruise. The blonde adjusted the mask one final time, checking the seal, then wheeled the gurney out into the corridor.

The gas kept flowing. Steady. Relentless.

Tina’s breathing slowed to match the rhythm they wanted, deep, even, obedient. Memories of Randy’s freckles, his trembling voice, the way he’d looked so peaceful at the end… then they began to fade, smoothed over by chemical compulsion she was breathing. Replaced by protocol, by training, by the blank, perfect calm that made her the best tool they had.

By the time the gurney rolled through the reinforced doors of the conditioning room with its white walls, soft lights, the faint hum of machines waiting to reinforce, to reset, to remind, Tina’s expression had already smoothed into something serene. Almost serene.

Almost empty.

The blonde leaned down once before leaving her there, gloved fingers brushing a strand of dark hair from Tina’s masked face.

“Rest now,” she said quietly. “You’ll be back on your feet soon. Fresh nylons. Fresh lipstick. Fresh mission.”

The doors closed behind her with another soft hiss, inside, the gas continued its work.

Sweet. Hypnotic. Inevitable.

Soon, Tina would open her eyes again and they would be clear, focused and ready. And the next room, the next name, the next gentle end would be waiting for her.

Tina lay motionless in the narrow hospital bed, the crisp white sheet pulled only to her waist at first, then discarded entirely by the technicians who’d left her there. Her body was bare, her skin still faintly flushed from the last mission, curves unhidden, vulnerable in the sterile white light of the conditioning chamber. The IV line snaked into the crook of her left arm, clear fluid dripping steadily from the bag overhead, a custom cocktail of sedatives, neuro-enhancers, oxytocin analogs, and dopamine reuptake inhibitors designed to rewrite resistance into craving. No pain. Just warmth. Just need.

Above her, the screen dominated the ceiling was large, curved, and impossibly vivid. Swirling patterns of deep crimson and violet spiraled inward like blooming galaxies, flecked with gold that pulsed in perfect sync with her slowing heartbeat. Faces appeared and dissolved, strong jaws softening, eyes glazing with surrender, lips parting in helpless moans. Every few seconds the images shifted to her own reflection, her in the navy dress, legs wrapped around a trembling man, toes flexing, scent blooming and then back to abstract fractals that seemed to pull her deeper each time she blinked.

The audio looped without mercy. Soft female voices layered over slow, throbbing binaural beats with delta waves at 4 Hz, theta at 7 Hz, slipping past conscious thought straight into the primal parts of her brain.

“You were made to seduce.”

“Making men weak feels good.”

“Making men helpless makes you strong.”

“Every sigh they give you is power.”

“Every surrender feeds you.”

“You crave their collapse.”

“You are kind when you end them.”

“You are beautiful when they break for you.”

“Seduce. Weaken. Control. Cherish. Release.”

The phrases repeated in endless variations, sometimes whispered like a lover’s secret, sometimes chanted in soft choral harmony, always underscored by that deep, resonant pulse that made her ribs vibrate. The words weren’t commands anymore; they were truths being carved deeper with every cycle.

Her breathing had slowed to match the rhythm of the beats and her pupils were dilated wide, dark eyes fixed and unblinking on the screen. A faint sheen of sweat glistened between her breasts, along the dip of her collarbone as her fingers twitched once and then relaxed completely as another wave of the cocktail hit her bloodstream, flooding her with liquid heat that pooled low in her belly.

She didn’t fight, she couldn’t. The IV kept dripping and the screen kept swirling. The voices kept speaking.

“Making men weak feels good.”

“Making men helpless makes you strong.”

Her lips parted on a soft, involuntary exhale, almost a sigh of agreement. A single tear slipped from the corner of her eye, not from sorrow this time, but from the overwhelming sweetness of letting go. The tear traced down her temple and disappeared into her hair.

The loop continued. Again. And again.

By the time the technicians returned many hours later, the time had dissolved and she would rise from the bed already smiling that gentle, devastating smile. Fresh nylons waiting, new lipstick, and a new name on the dossier. The next man would never know how perfectly she had been remade to love him to death.

* * *

Tina barely had time to step fully into the dimly lit suite before Raymond was on her.

He was taller than the dossier suggested, broad shouldered, thick with muscle gone soft around the edges from too many years of rage instead of training. His face was flushed, eyes wild with the kind of fury that had nowhere left to go but outward. The moment the door clicked shut behind her, he lunged, his hands like vise grips closing around her upper arms, slamming her back against the wall with enough force to knock the breath from her lungs for a heartbeat.

The navy dress rode up slightly from the impact, one strap slipping off her shoulder, but she didn’t flinch. Didn’t cry out. Instead, her head tilted just enough to meet his glare, dark eyes steady, almost pitying.

“Easy, Raymond,” she murmured, voice dropping to that low, velvet she reserved for the ones who came in swinging. It wasn’t loud enough to fight his anger, it simply flowed under it, around it, like warm water finding cracks in stone. “You don’t need to hurt me to make me listen.”

His grip tightened reflexively, knuckles whitening against her skin, breath coming in harsh pants. He leaned in close, close enough that she could smell the anger on him, the sweat of a man who’d been pacing these rooms for hours, waiting for the inevitable.

“You think you can just walk in here looking like that and I’m gonna play nice?” he snarled, voice rough, cracking at the edges. “They sent you to finish me. I know what you are.”

Tina didn’t try to pull away. She let her body go soft against the wall, yielding just enough that his hold felt less like restraint and more like an embrace he didn’t know he wanted. One nylon clad leg shifted subtly, brushing the outside of his thigh, barely a touch, but deliberate.

“I know you’re angry,” she said, softer now, the cadence slow and lilting, each word measured to match the rhythm of his ragged breathing. “You’ve been angry a long time, haven’t you? All those betrayals. All those doors slammed in your face. It’s exhausting, carrying that much fire. Let me take some of it, Raymond. Just for a minute.”

Her free hand reached out, slow, careful and lifted to rest against his chest, palm flat over his hammering heart. Not pushing, not grabbing. Just there. Warm and steady.

“Look at me,” she whispered, voice dropping even lower, almost a purr now. “Really look. I’m not here to fight you. I’m here because they think you’re too dangerous to keep breathing. But I don’t see danger right now. I see a man who’s tired of being afraid of his own shadow.”

She let her head tip forward until her forehead nearly brushed his, lips close enough that he could feel the warmth of every word.

“You could crush me right here. You know you could, but you haven’t. That tells me something, sweetheart. It tells me there’s still a part of you that doesn’t want to hurt anyone else today.”

Her fingers flexed lightly against his shirt, tracing the rapid rise and fall of his ribs.

“Let me help you put the anger down. Just for a little while. Let me hold it instead. I’m stronger than I look… and I’m very, very good at being gentle with men who’ve forgotten what gentle feels like.”

She exhaled softly, letting the sweet trace of her perfume, the fresh nylons, warm skin, faint floral musk, drift upward between them. Her voice became a soothing loop, barely above a breath.

“Breathe with me, Raymond. In… slow. Out… slower. That’s it… feel how your hands are shaking just a little? That’s the anger starting to leak away. Let it go, let me catch it.”

Her leg brushed his again, higher this time, the nylon whispering against his tros. Not aggressive. Inviting.

“You don’t have to pin me anymore, darling because I’m not running. I’m right here and I’m going to stay right here until you’re ready to let go… or until you’re ready to let me take you apart the kind way.”

She waited her body relaxed against the wall, voice a continuous soft murmur, eyes locked on his patient as stone, sweet as sin, letting the first cracks in his rage show themselves in the way his grip began, ever so slightly, to loosen.

Raymond’s grip on her arms had already begun to falter his fingers loosening fraction by fraction as her voice wrapped around him like warm silk. He was still close, too close, chest heaving against hers, breath hot and ragged on her face. But the fury in his eyes was fracturing, splintering under the steady pressure of her calm.

She didn’t wait for permission. Didn’t ask. She simply tilted her head the last inch needed, and her mouth found his.

The kiss was gentle at first her lips brushing his in the barest whisper, soft as a promise. No force, no demand. Just warmth and invitation. Her lips parted slowly, coaxing his to follow, and when he did at first hesitant, almost angry still, her tongue slipped inside with hypnotic patience. Slow strokes. Deep, languid glides that matched the rhythm she’d set with her voice moments before. In… hold… out… slower.

She tasted sweet, a faint vanilla from her gloss, the underlying floral musk of her skin rising warmer now that their bodies pressed flush. One hand slid up to cradle the back of his neck, fingers threading into short, coarse hair, holding him there without pulling. The other drifted down his chest, palm flat, feeling the frantic thud of his heart begin to stutter, then slow, syncing to the cadence of her kiss.

Her body melted against the wall under his weight, yielding completely so he felt like he was the one in control, even as she drew him deeper into the spell. Her legs parted just enough to let one nylon sheathed thigh slide between his, pressing lightly, rocking in the same slow rhythm as her tongue. The sheer fabric whispered against his tros with every subtle shift, releasing fresh pulses of her scent, warm, intimate, inescapable in the confined space between them.

She broke the kiss only long enough to breathe against his lips, voice a velvet murmur that vibrated straight into his mouth.

“That’s it, Raymond… just like that… let it all melt away… you don’t have to fight anymore…”

Then she kissed him again deeper this time, hypnotic now in earnest. Her tongue stroked his in long, deliberate waves circling, teasing, then retreating just enough to make him chase her. Each time he leaned in harder, she rewarded him with another slow glide, another soft moan breathed into his mouth. Her fingers tightened gently at his nape, guiding without forcing, while her thigh pressed firmer, rolling in time with the kiss, coaxing his hips to rock forward instinctively.

His hands once bruising now slid down her arms, then to her waist, gripping fabric instead of skin. Not aggressive anymore. No now they were desperate and needy. The anger drained out of him with every exhale she stole, replaced by something heavier, warmer, heavier still. His breathing grew ragged in a different way, deep, slow, surrendering.

She kept kissing him through it all, never rushing, never letting him surface. Her Tongue stroked and her lips sucked softly. Thighs rocking and her scent blooming. Tina’s voice hummed low against his mouth between breaths.

“Feel how good it is to let go… how strong you are when you’re weak for me… just breathe… just kiss… just fall…”

Her free leg hooked lightly behind his knee, drawing him impossibly closer, pinning him to her as much as he pinned her to the wall. The hypnotic rhythm built, kiss, press, breathe, deepen until his body sagged against hers, all fight gone, only the slow, helpless roll of hips and the soft, broken sounds he made into her mouth remaining.

She smiled against his lips, small, tender, victorious in the gentlest way.

“Good boy,” she whispered, barely audible, before claiming his mouth again, deeper still, letting the kiss pull him all the way under.

Raymond’s hands still trembling with the last echoes of rage now shifted from her arms to her waist, then lower, gripping hard enough to lift her off the wall in one rough motion. He carried her the few steps to the bed, the mattress dipping under their combined weight as he pinned her down beneath him. His body covered hers, heavy, urgent, knees bracketing her hips, forearms braced on either side of her head like he still needed to cage her in case she tried to bolt.

But Tina didn’t bolt. She didn’t fight. She simply… let him.

Her head tilted back against the pillow, dark hair fanning out in a soft halo, eyes half lidded and calm as they met his. A small, knowing smile curved her red lips, gentle, almost fond.

“Easy, sweetheart,” she breathed, voice low and soothing even now, vibrating against his chest where they pressed together. “I’m right here. Nowhere to go.”

Her legs still wrapped loosely around his earlier shifted beneath him. Slowly and deliberately, she let both black high heels slide off her feet one at a time. The shoes tumbled silently to the floor with soft thuds. Bare nylon soles flexed against the sheets for a heartbeat, then her toes spread wide, curling slowly, deliberately, releasing the first warm wave of her scent into the close air between them.

It bloomed instantly, sweet floral musk from sun warmed skin, the intimate perfume of fresh nylons and her own body heat trapped all evening. Thick. Hypnotic. Inescapable in the small space of the bed. It curled upward, brushing his face with every breath he took, deeper now, heavier, laced with the faint vanilla trace of her gloss still lingering on his lips from their kiss against the wall.

Raymond froze above her, nostrils flaring as the scent hit him. His pupils dilated wide. The hard line of his shoulders softened almost against his will. His grip on her wrists where he’d pinned them above her head slowly loosened fraction by fraction, fingers uncurling like petals opening.

Tina arched just enough beneath him to let her legs slide higher, thighs brushing his sides, nylon whispering against his shirt. Her feet found the small of his back as her arches curving perfectly, toes splaying again pressed gently but insistently on his back, releasing another slow, deliberate pulse of that devastating fragrance. Each flex sent fresh tendrils drifting up, wrapping around his senses, softening the edges of his anger into something warmer, hazier, needier.

“Feel that?” she murmured, voice a velvet caress against his ear as she nuzzled closer, lips brushing the shell. “Just breathe me in, Raymond. Slow… deep… let it settle in your chest. Let it melt everything else away.”

Her toes curled lazily against his lower back then spread wide once more, the nylon taut over delicate arches, red polish gleaming faintly in the low light. Another wave of scent rolled over him, sweeter this time, more insistent. His breathing hitched, then slowed to match the rhythm she set, long inhales, longer exhales, each one pulling more of her into him.

She lifted her head just enough to brush her mouth against his again, soft, hypnotic, tongue tracing the seam of his lips until he opened for her. The kiss deepened slowly, languidly, while her feet continued their subtle work, toes flexing, spreading, curling in lazy rhythm against his skin through his shirt, each movement coaxing another breath, another surrender.

His weight settled heavier atop her, not pinning now, but resting, melting into her embrace. Hands sliding from her wrists to cradle her face instead. Hips rocking once, instinctive, helpless, chasing the warmth between them.

“That’s it, darling,” she whispered into his mouth between kisses, voice thick with sweetness. “No more fighting. No more anger. Just me… just this feeling… just letting go.”

Her legs tightened gently around his waist, thighs pressing, ankles crossing at the small of his back holding him close while her feet stayed planted, toes still spreading and flexing in slow, hypnotic pulses. The scent thickened the air until it felt like breathing her directly…warm, sweet, and overwhelming.

Raymond’s eyes fluttered half closed. His mouth moved against hers in slow, broken kisses now less aggressive, more desperate. More lost. She smiled against his lips, tender, victorious, heartbreakingly gentle, and let her toes curl one more time, releasing the deepest wave yet.

And he sank.

Tina moved with fluid grace, her body shifting beneath Raymond’s heavier frame until with a gentle but insistent roll she reversed their positions. One moment he pinned her; the next, she cradled him against her like something precious she refused to let escape.

She rolled him onto his back, then slid atop him in a slow, deliberate glide. Her left thigh pressed firmly under his lower back, pinning his hips to the mattress. Her right thigh draped across his stomach, warm, plush through the sheer nylon, the muscle beneath deceptively strong. She stretched her legs out long and elegant, crossing them neatly at the ankles so her feet hovered just beyond his shoulder line, toes pointed toward the headboard.

The position locked him perfectly, thighs like velvet restraints, ankles crossed to form an unbreakable loop around his midsection. She settled her weight just enough that he felt the inevitability of it, soft enough to seem loving, firm enough that any real struggle would only tighten the coil. Her hands found his face first gently cupping his cheeks with heartbreaking tenderness, thumbs brushing the tense line of his jaw.

“Shhh, Raymond… relax, darling,” she cooed, voice a low, soothing lullaby that seemed to vibrate straight into his bones. “You’ve carried so much anger for so long. Let it go now. Let me hold it for you.”

Her toes spread wide once again, slow and deliberate the red polish catching the low light as the nylon stretched taut over delicate arches. Another warm wave of her scent rolled outward again the sweet floral musk, intimate skin warmth, the faint vanilla trace of her lingering on his lips. It curled thickly around his face, sinking deeper with every breath he couldn’t help but take.

His body responded before his mind could catch up. Strength bled from his limbs like water through open fingers. Arms that had once pinned her to walls now lay heavy at his sides. Chest that had heaved with fury now struggled to rise fully against the soft, unyielding pressure of her thighs.

He tried instinctively to draw a deeper breath, to inflate his lungs, to push back against the gentle cage she’d made of her legs. Tina felt it. The moment his ribs expanded, she exhaled softly… and tightened…

Her crossed ankles locked a fraction harder. Thighs flexed in perfect unison with slow, loving compression that matched the rhythm of his breathing. Inhale… slight release. Exhale… squeeze. The pattern was patient. Merciful. Inescapable.

“Easy, sweetheart,” she whispered, leaning down until her hair curtained around them both, lips brushing his temple. “Every time you breathe out… I’ll just hold you a little closer. That’s all. No pain. Just me keeping you safe. Just me loving you the only way I know how.”

Another deep inhale from him clearly desperate now, instinctive. Another tightening on the exhale. Her thighs pressed inward like warm silk bands, compressing his ribs just enough to shorten the next breath, to make each one shallower, sweeter, heavier with her scent.

Her toes flexed again spreading wide, curling lazily sending fresh pulses of the devastating perfume to cloud his thoughts, to melt what little resistance remained. His hands twitched once toward her legs, then fell limp again, fingers curling weakly into the sheets instead.

“That’s it,” she breathed against his ear, one hand stroking slowly through his hair while the other traced soothing circles over his chest feeling the slowing thud of his heart beneath her palm. “Let it happen, Raymond. Let the strength slip away. You don’t need it anymore. Not with me. I’ve got you. I’ve got all of you.”

Exhale. Tighten.

Inhale…shallower now… tighten again.

Her voice never wavered, soft, sweet, endlessly patient.

“You’re so beautiful when you let go… so strong when you’re weak for me… just breathe… just drift… just fall into me…”

His eyes fluttered, half lidded, pupils blown wide from the scent, from the kiss still lingering on his lips, from the slow, rhythmic squeeze that stole a little more with every breath he gave her. Tina pressed a feather light kiss to his forehead, then his closed eyelids, then the corner of his mouth.

“I’m here, darling,” she murmured, thighs flexing once more in perfect time with his fading exhale. “Right here. Until the very end.”

And with each slow, loving compression, Raymond sank deeper strength gone, anger gone, everything gone except the warmth of her body, the sweetness of her scent, and the gentle, inexorable rhythm of her embrace carrying him all the way under.

It was over soon afterwards, Raymond stilled never able to escape the trap she’d set for him…realizing far to late that Tina had maneuvered him to his end. After several minutes Tina rose and brushed down her dress and stepped back into her shoes. She had completed her assignment and was ready to head to her room to rest. Tina had once again done what they’d asked, she always did what they’d asked.
