Jer Berus here, avid reader of mcstories reading/skimming this website for about 20 years once a week or more, typically Saturdays when it updates. XD Apparently, I have a strong liking for mc stories with the “md mf ff in” tag.
Most of the stories that I read do not turn the subject into mindless thralls. Those hypnotized/mind controlled are made to not mind that they’ve changed and accept their new fetish—lesbian turns bi, straight woman turns bi. The women follow his instructions, sometimes without noticing that they’re doing so. The induction little by little where they’re slowly agreeing with everything the hypnotist says...that’s how I get hooked on a story. They start repeating his/her phrases to deepen their trance, and that suggestion becomes their new reality/fetish. The main character (the hypnotist/guy with mc powers) often has a conscience and doesn’t want the women to be mindless thralls...at first...but he might get corrupted little by little and take things beyond the point of no return, such that their relationships are forever altered.
One of my favorites to reread, and probably the first or second story I found on here that I really liked. Rose fights her hypnosis initially but slowly succumbs to her lust. Ends up she’s being trained to her master’s taste.
One of my favorites to reread. The main character comes to pick up his hypnotized sister and friends from a party and has them hypnotize each other little by little into submitting to him and only him.

MC hypnotist meets a well-off family of a mother and adult daughters. He slowly makes them believe that they want what’s best for each other—to become breedable horses. I’m not into horse play, but the slow inductions were nice. The girls succumb to his suggestions one session at a time.

The adults keep hypnotizing each other. Some become the dominant personality, trancing others for a while, making other subservient to them until another one-ups the hypnotist and forces their submission...the dominate one alternates.
