Chapter 9: The Transfer

Rebecca closed her eyes for a moment, savoring what she believed was absolute victory.

Then the safeguard hidden in the parents’ notes and her own early designs activated.

At that exact instant the nanobots released the three women.

Sophia, Leslie, and Susan rose from the concrete floor in unison, brushing dust from their clothes, legs steady for the first time in minutes.

Rebecca watched them stand. At the same moment her own arms dropped uselessly to her sides. She tried to lift a hand and nothing happened. Her body no longer obeyed her.

Rebecca’s eyes widened in raw panic.

Leslie stepped closer, voice low. “Kneel properly.”

Her knees buckled. She dropped hard to the concrete, landing on all fours. Her arms straightened, back rigid, hands pressed flat like an obedient puppy.

Susan’s voice trembled with something between horror and satisfaction. “What have you done to all of them… now feel it.”

Rebecca’s right hand rose against her will and cracked across her own face — hard. Then again. Blood trickled from her split lip.

Her body arched violently as the implant forced a shattering, humiliating orgasm through her. A broken moan tore from her throat while tears streamed down her cheeks. She couldn’t stop it.

Sophia crouched in front of her, eyes cold and merciless.

“This is only the beginning,” she said quietly. “You will no longer control your own body. Orgasm after orgasm will tear through you without end. And you will feel every single one of them — every victim, every scream, every moment of shame and terror you ever inflicted. All of it. Forever.”

Rebecca’s mouth opened in a scream.

What came out was a short, broken bark — raw, humiliated, and completely involuntary. Her eyes widened in pure terror as she realized she no longer controlled even her own voice. Tears spilled freely down her cheeks. Her chest heaved with ragged, panicked breaths as she tried again.

Another pathetic bark tore from her throat, followed by frantic, broken yips. Every attempt at a human cry was twisted into the desperate sounds of a broken puppy.

Leslie looked down at her with cold satisfaction.

“Crawl like a puppy and follow us.”

Rebecca’s body obeyed without resistance. On all fours, trembling, she crawled down the narrow concrete stairs into the sealed underground vault beneath the ruins. Her knees scraped against the rough steps. Drool and blood dripped from her chin onto the stone. Her eyes remained wide and alive with horror the entire way.

They positioned her in the exact center of the chamber. The three women had spent hours the previous night carefully tiling every wall, the floor, and the ceiling with mirror s. Bright, clinical lights flooded the room from above, reflecting endlessly in every direction — an infinite prison where Rebecca would see nothing but her own broken reflection for the rest of time.

The nanobots inside her shifted again. A new protocol activated — one Rebecca herself had designed years earlier for long-term preservation. They began cycling her own waste at the molecular level, converting it back into nutrients. A thin, permanent feeding tube formed from nanobot filaments at the back of her throat, delivering a steady, tasteless slurry. Her body would never starve. Her waste would never accumulate. She would remain physically stable and alive for years — perhaps decades.

Climate systems hummed to life around her, solar-powered and self-sustaining. The power would never go out.

The three women formed a tight circle around Rebecca’s head.

Sophia crouched first, her voice low and steady.

“You took everything from me and my mother. Now I give it back. You get to watch yourself for the rest of your life.”

Leslie reached down and placed a hand on Rebecca’s head, almost gently.

“I became a monster because of you,” she said quietly. “Now you get to be the only monster left.”

Susan’s voice cracked, but she pushed the words through.

“I failed Jennifer once. I won’t fail the rest of them.” She swallowed. “You stay here. Forever.”

Each woman patted Rebecca’s head once — slow, deliberate strokes, the way one might praise a well-behaved dog.

Then they turned together and walked to the heavy vault door. The massive steel door swung shut behind them with a deep, final thud. They twisted the huge locking wheel until it clicked into place.

The sound echoed through the mirrored chamber like a tomb being sealed.

Rebecca heard the lock engage. She understood.

She would never leave this room.
