Knocked Out

Synopsis: An unconventional hypnotherapist treats a blocked artist
Dr. Elias Grayson was a renowned hypnotherapist, although traditional practitioners vehemently opposed his methods. For example, he occasionally engaged in physical intimacy with clients and/or ed his clients in a mutual hypnotic trance when he believed that either would facilitate his treatments. Women found Elias Grayson magnetic, and many were disappointed when he declined intimacy or a mutual trance.
He welcomed a new client, Vivienne Laurent, a well-regarded French artist. Vivienne surveyed Elias’ office and noted approvingly that it was a tasteful sanctuary of calm, with soft lighting, plush furniture, and the faint scent of lavender. Elias tried to avoid noting that Vivienne was even more strikingly beautiful than in her photos, with flowing black hair, sensuous lips, and a voluptuous body. Her presence was both commanding and friendly. Elias was attracted to Vivienne in a manner that he hadn’t experienced with a client in years. He repressed these emotions and did his best to maintain his professionalism.
“Thank you for seeing me, Dr. Grayson,” Vivienne said with a slight French accent, her voice smooth and melodic. “I’ve been struggling with my art lately. It’s as if colors have lost their meaning. The world seems bland and less interesting than it used to be. I can’t seem to rekindle my old creativity.”
Elias responded with professional demeanor. “Creative blocks are common, even for the most talented artists. Hypnosis can help you access the deeper parts of your mind, where inspiration often lies dormant.”
Vivienne’s eyes sparkled with curiosity. “I’ve always been fascinated by the mind. The way it can create such beauty… and such chaos. I’ve never been hypnotized, but I am intrigued by the possibilities. I am hoping that hypnosis can unlock my mind.”
“Exactly,” Elias replied confidently. “The mind is a powerful tool, but it can also be our greatest obstacle. I do my best to help my clients remove those obstacles. Hypnosis can unlock your possibilities by removing repressions and releasing your full potential.”
As they continued their introductory conversations, they discovered shared interests in philosophy, art, and the mysteries of human consciousness. Vivienne spoke of her love for surrealism and how she sought to capture the intangible in her paintings, which Elias had long ired. Elias and Vivienne also continued to share their fascination with the subconscious mind and how it could be the key to unlocking one’s potential.
Elias felt a growing bond with Vivienne as he became more and more comfortable with her. He saw her not just as a client but, rather, as a kindred spirit. He felt a powerful urge to help her, not just as a professional hypnotist, but as a friend who truly understood her.
Elias eventually asked Vivienne in a gentle, soothing voice, “Are you ready to be hypnotized?”
Vivienne nodded nervously but then broke into an engaging smile, “I’m ready, Dr. Grayson. In fact, I’m eager. I am a bit nervous, but I’m eager to try this.”
Elias dimmed the lights, and they stood facing each other. “For your hypnotic induction,” Elias decreed, “please gaze deeply into my eyes. We’ll establish a connection.”
Their gazes locked together, and in that moment, the air between them seemed to flow with energy, a magnetic pull that neither could ignore. As they continued to gaze into each other’s eyes, they both felt a growing connection, and a comforting warmth began to spread through both their bodies.
“Take a deep breath in… and out,” Elias intoned, his voice calm and rhythmic. “In and out. Feel your body relaxing with every breath you take as you continue gazing deeply into my eyes. Let go of all tension. Let go of all worry and inhibitions. You are falling into a deep hypnotic trance for me. You are safe here to retrieve your wonderful, creative self. Feel yourself relax more and more as you drift into your trance. You are drifting into a beautiful, sleep-like state, but remain standing and concentrate on my voice. Concentrate on my voice as you relax. Let yourself sink deeper and deeper into a pleasurable trance.”
Elias invoked a standard hypnotic induction technique called “mirroring”, where he matched her breathing, facial expressions, and other movements. Mirroring can be very effective technique, although of course the hypnotist must be careful to avoid becoming hypnotized as well. Elias did not think that being hypnotized himself on this occasion would facilitate his treatment of Vivienne; nor did he have any reason to think that a more intimate relationship would be in Vivienne’s interests. He wanted to do everything that he could to help Vivienne break through her creative block.
Elias focused on Vivienne’s softening eyes and her slowing breathing as he matched hers. The connection between them continued to deepen as they gazed into each other’s eyes. Elias did not realize that his own body was relaxing and that his mind was becoming more open, more receptive to his own suggestions.
“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a ten-stair staircase,” he continued. “I will guide your descent. With each step you take down this beautiful staircase, you will sink deeper and deeper into your hypnotic trance. When you reach the bottom, you will be in a deeper trance than you ever thought possible. You will feel wonderful. You will lose any inhibitions that have restricted your creativity. From now on, you will see the world in all its beautiful colors. From now on, colors will have great meaning for you, and you will incorporate them into your art in all the ways that you desire. Ten… nine… eight…deeper…deeper”
As he counted down, Elias saw that Vivienne was falling into an extremely deep trance, and he finally recognized that he was being drawn into this trance with her. He knew no reason why this would be helpful—or harmful—to his treatment of Vivienne, but it felt so pleasant to float down with her. His voice grew softer, more intimate. “Seven… six… five… We are falling deeper and deeper as we descend this staircase, Vivienne. You feel wonderful. You are becoming immersed in a beautiful golden light. Beautiful colors are swirling all around you.”
Vivienne’s eyelids fluttered, and her lips parted sensuously. She was an exceptional subject, her mind open and receptive. Elias became even more attracted to Vivienne as they became entranced together. Her face had become flushed, and her trance was deepening more and more with every breath.
Pleasure surged into Elias’ brain—and into his groin. He was no longer just the hypnotist; he was falling with her, falling for her, as he was pulled into their trance together.
“Four… three… two… one. Wonderful! We are now in a deep hypnotic trance, Vivienne. Deeper than you ever could have imagined. Mind open; body at peace. But you can think and speak. What are your thoughts, feelings and desires, Vivienne. How do you feel?”
Vivienne’s voice was soft, almost a whisper. “I am so deep, Dr. Grayson. I am immersed in a Golden light. Beautiful, intense colors are swirling all around me. It’s warm, comforting, and extremely pleasurable. I feel that I have lost my inhibitions. I feel that I am reclaiming my creativity. I feel… free. I feel wonderful.”
Her words pulled on Elias like a magnet. He continued to guide her, but as he did, his voice, usually so steady, began to waver. He knew that he had fallen into a deep trance with Vivienne, and the sensation was more pleasurable than he had ever felt with a client. He was consumed by affection and lust as he sank deeper and deeper with Vivienne, but he knew that he had to maintain a professional distance since he did not think that intimacy would help Vivienne’s treatment or was something that Vivienne desired.
“Vivienne,” he said, his tone softer now, “you are doing wonderfully. I want you to know that you are perfect, that you are… lovely.”
The word slipped out before he could stop it: “Lovely.” It hung in the air, charged with meaning. Vivienne’s lips erupted into a sensual smile, and she whispered, “Thank you, Elias. You are lovely, too.”
Vivienne’s response sent a shiver down Elias’ spine. His vision blurred, and the room around him faded away. All he could see was Vivienne, her beautiful face glowing in the dim light.
Vivienne moaned and announced perceptively, “I think that you have fallen into my trance with me.” Her eyes slowly closed as she murmured, “Come with me, Elias.”
Elias made a feeble attempt to resist, an excuse for later if he needed it, but it was too late. His eyes closed as well, and they approached each other. Elias was no longer just the hypnotist; he was his own subject, and he had fallen in love with Vivienne.
They embraced in a world of golden light. They floated together in a dreamlike world. The air around them was warm and alive.
“Elias,” she moaned dreamily, “I feel… incredibly attracted to you.”
“And I to you,” he confessed, his voice barely audible. “We have become connected on a level I didn’t intend and can’t explain, and I have fallen in love with you.”
“It doesn’t need to be intended or explained”, she sighed. “We just need to feel it, to act on it.”
The air around them seemed to hum with energy, the golden light intensifying. Their lips merged in a kiss that was both tender and explosive. Their kiss started softly, a gentle exploration, but quickly deepened as their ion surged.
Deep in their mutual trance, their kiss was unlike anything either of them had ever experienced. It was as though their souls were merging, their minds and bodies becoming one.
Their tongues danced together. Vivienne’s soft breasts pressed into Elias’ chest, and his engorged genitals pressed into Vivienne’s. Their bodies slid together in a sensual rhythm that mirrored their beating hearts. They were lost in love and lust as they floated together, deeply entranced.
Their sensations were building towards a crescendo. Their bodies trembled; their breaths came in short, ragged gasps. The golden light surrounding them pulsed in time with their hearts. Elias wondered if they might even have an orgasm together, just from their kiss, even fully clothed, although this had never happened to him before.
That thought caused an idea for a hypnotic experiment to bubble up into Elias’ trancey brain. With considerable effort, he withdrew from their kiss and decreed, “If we continue our kiss, we will feel like being struck by lightning and be overcome by the most intense and most pleasurable orgasm of our lives.”
“Kiss me,” moaned Vivienne.
As they resumed their kiss, their tumescence surged, feeding upon itself in a loop between them. Obeying Elias’ hypnotic command, their pleasure exploded in a primal, cosmic crescendo that neither could control.
They felt that they had been struck by lightning. It was like touching the heart of a star, an eruption of light and sensation so profound that their bodies could do nothing but surrender completely as they were struck by their powerful, otherworldly orgasm. The golden light around them exploded into a kaleidoscope of colors. They were overcome by the most intense and most pleasurable orgasm of their lives, but only for an instant—until…
Their world ceased to exist. Their orgasm had indeed exploded like a bolt of lightning and had knocked them both unconscious.
Elias eventually found himself lying on the floor of his office, entwined with Vivienne. She also stirred, her eyes fluttering open. They gazed confusedly at each other, their faces flushed, their hearts racing.
“What… what happened?” gasped Vivienne, her voice shaky.
Elias took a deep breath, trying to retrieve his senses. “I think… we went too deep. Deeper than I’ve ever gone before.”
Vivienne tried unsuccessfully to sit up, then rested her head on Elias’ chest. “I’ve never felt anything like that. It was… incredible.”
Elias nodded, his mind still reeling. “It was incredible. But it was also dangerous. We lost control, Vivienne. Completely.”
Recovering her composure, Vivienne’s eyes glowed with a mixture of wonder and affection. “Losing control isn’t always a bad thing. But I’d rather not be knocked unconscious! Next time, how about we just float in trancey rapture together, in a sea of dreamy bliss?”
“I can arrange that,” Elias promised, with eager anticipation. “It’ll just take a minor tweak.”
Vivienne sighed happily. “My world is filled with colors again. I am going to paint them. I am so grateful to you for that, Elias.”
“I am so grateful to you for far more than that,” Vivienne concluded. “Let’s do this again—in a deep trance but remaining conscious—and without clothes, please!”
