Description: A few of my friends sat down with me to help me write a hypnosis script where they are hypnotized in some very embarrassing ways while on a date.

This session was used to create the real hypnosis script Humiliated in Hypnosis

[Hypnotist’s note: This session was one I had had in my mind for a while, it was requested. Unfortunately at the time that I did it, I was going through a lot of real life crap that was wearing me out. I started this session already on the verge of exhaustion, but needed a script to record the next morning. This would turn out to be not a great idea. I will be pointing out as I go through this all the places that I made mistakes and how I could have done better. So take it as a learning experience… that includes three sexy hypnotized women doing as they are told. ]

[Hypnotist’s Followup: One thing right off the bat that I noticed was that my spelling is worse than usual. I type really fast… like really really fast. I’ve cleared 180 WPM. but at that speed I make mistakes. And when I’m tired I make even more mistakes. The second is what was going on here as I being annoyed by how slowly I was typing. As usual I left the spelling errors in the log simply to be accurate to what happened at the time.]

Hypnotist — 12:32 AM: Alrighty consent for time... Do you consent to being hypnotized, and then made to experienc ea fantasy where you will probably be made to feel naked, helpless, aroused, and then sexually pleasured, all while the session is logged to be posted publicly so others can enjoy the idea of you being helplessly hypnotized?

[Hypnotist’s Note: this should have been the first clue to me that this was going to be a rough session. Psyco was in the session and did get that trigger, but it’s been so long since I used it that she didn’t it. This kind of threw me right off the bat. It wasn’t her fault by any stretch, it was completely on me.]

[Ivy Comment: That’s what I thought, too, but I thinking that I wasn’t going to dwell on it at that time.]

[Psyco Reply: To be fair on your part I actively hate Scooby Doo so anything associated with it will have an uphill battle to stay in retention if that makes sense.]

[Hypnotist’s Note: This wasn’t a bad start, but you’ll notice as the night goes on that Ivy specifically just doesn’t seem to drop that deeply. I notice it but I don’t realize till I talk to her about it later what was going on. Spoiler alert, it was a lack of detail on my part.]

Ivy 12:53 AM: I am not sure how well I will be able to describe this but I am wearing a dark silky blouse, buttoned just above my cleavage, a long waist coat style coat in dark maroon, dark flowy pants with ankle high boots

Psyco — 1:09 AM: Not specifically Sir, no.

[Hypnotist’s Note: Another situation where I expected something to really land well, but it just didn’t. Sleepygirl was affected because a ‘ping’ is something I use her in trances often. But the other two didn’t seem to click with it. It’s not on them, and realistically I should just pivot and move on, but I was tired and it shook my confidence. From here on out, I just start to slip a bit more. I got around it by focusing on the outline that i had in front of me, but it still bothered me and I think it shows in the session.]

[Psyco Comment: Yeah sorry mate, when a watch/metronome is involved my brain needs the steady ticks, while I’ve done my fair share of sinking and “Pinging” for a certain snake those are two separate scenarios to my brain.]

[Ivy Comment: I wouldn’t say it didn’t land well, it brought me right back into the situation, because suddenly I was really picturing the entire scenario again.]

[Sleepygirl Comment: true, it landed like a ton of bricks on me becauseof that]

Hypnotist — 1:09 AM: it’s ok...

[Hypnotist’s Note: Sleepygirl is sinking about as well as usual. But Ivy is clearly not dropping very deeply, and Psyco seems to be going down but not responding like she usually does. This was another situation where I was thinking I’d be having a better response but wasn’t. When I talked about it later it seemed to be that I was being too vague, I wasn’t setting up the story correctly in their minds for them to get into it, and instead of just zoning out and going with it they were having to create a backstory in their mind. ]

[Ivy Comment: This is part of what I will talk about later.]

[Sleepygirl Comment: whereas i tend to just zone out and go with it]

but you can’t quite make out

[Ivy Comment: I do really like this detail, of not having “tick” go with the “tock”.]

[Psyco Reply: I disagree, you need the ticks and tocks, helps with the rhythm of proper rocking.]

[Sleepygirl Reply: me too, might be one of my favorite aspects of this]

[Hypnotist’s Note: one of the few things I think I did well in this session was the tick for when it’s going forward and switching to tock going backwards, it sets up a difference in the subjects mind as they read this. This was also done completely on the fly, I had no plan to do it until it just came to mind a minute or so before I did it. ]

Hypnotist — 1:12 AM: and then...

as if awakening from a dream

Ivy 1:14 AM: Almost like I want to apologize for zoning out like that

[Ivy Comment: This here is a good thing, which I don’t feel comes through reading it now. The feel of wanting to apologize for zoning out to this make-believe date means I was really into it.]

Sleepygirl — 1:14 AM: confused, almost a little embarrassed for getting lost in thought

Psyco — 1:14 AM: Disoriented Sir.

[Psyco Comment: Fractionation induction FTW.]

[Hypnotist’s Reply: Didn’t realize it until she commented on it, but yeah that was a fractionation induction. Which basically is when you divide the person’s attention between different things so they can only focus on one thing with a ‘fraction’ of their mind. It can be done in a way where you give them three separate things to think about, or by simply waking them up, and then hypnotizing them again. So their brain doesn’t have time to adjust to just one state.’

Hypnotist — 1:14 AM: good girls

the waiter arrives with your appetizer...

and for something...

without even thinking about it.

as they put down your food

you find yourself removing your shoes.

[Psyco Comment: Big thick Goth boots, I don’t do heels.]

[Hypnotist’s Reply: This tracks 100% ]

Hypnotist — 1:14 AM: just seting them aside

not even noticing

you catch teh waiter seem to notice

and smile sahking his head.

[Sleepygirl Comment: which leads me to believe hes seen this before…]

Hypnotist — 1:14 AM: as you and your date talk...

and enjoy your appetizer.

this time with some water.

[Psyco Comment: Appreciate you specifying the drink being water for us who don’t drink the alcohol.]

[Hypnotist’s comment: It was less done for that reason and more because i wanted to show how something super basic like a glass of water would have the intended effect. ]

Hypnotist — 1:14 AM: and for some reason

you find yourself simply

removing another piece of clothing.

[Psyco Comment: My brain added a Bolero Shrug to my wardrobe only to immediately shed it here.]

[Ivy Reply: It’s, like, we got all dressed up and off it all went, ahahahhaaha! ]

Hypnotist — 1:14 AM: your outter most layer...

Ivy 1:17 AM: It does yes

Sleepygirl — 1:17 AM: yes

Psyco — 1:17 AM: Yes Master.

[Hypnotist’s Note: Literally gave a sigh of relief when I saw Psyco reply with ‘Yes Master’. That is one of my clues that the session is at least doing what it’s intending. They are going down, maybe not as deep as I would prefer. But they are hypnotized.]

Hypnotist — 1:17 AM: good girls..

As the evening goes on.

you can’t help but notice

that more and more people in the restaurant are

[Ivy Comment: This threw me a little bit because “looking " can have so many meanings. What happens after they look? how are they looking? are they leering? are they glancing? In my mind I thinking they are glancing, taking note of things, but returning to their dinners, enjoying not only their dinners but the company, the ambiance, and, evidently, the show. ]

Hypnotist — 1:17 AM: not so much your date...

but you...

and then the waiter arrives again.

and without thinking

without really noticing you

another layer seems to just

slide off of your skin

[Psyco Comment: Almost literally, there go my gloves.]

Hypnotist — 1:17 AM: discarded

forgotten.

the meal is excellant.

fancy and elegant.

[Psyco Comment: This is very much a me issue so I mostly tried to ignore it. Fancy food is a thing that exists for me. I’ve never been particularly interested or impressed with fine dining in general. The atmosphere, the tidbits of food that sure taste great but are sparse so X number of courses can be delivered. Most fancy food I find to be wasteful.

Sorry rant over. ]

[Hypnotist Reply: I don’t disagree on any point, but again like the water above it was designed to create a feeling of contrast, a fine dining establishment is not a place you’d expect to see a person start to take off their clothes. That is why it was chosen not really because I think the food is good.]

Hypnotist — 1:17 AM: and probably more then a weeks pay

it is one of the best meals you’ve ever had.

Embarassed

[Ivy Comment: Here’s one of those details that I my mind needing to explain. At this point I understood that something was happening, something expected, so why would the waiter be embarrassed? If anything, they probably had some kind of glint in their eye, a sideways glance to the date, maybe a tilt of the chin, something subdued yet communicating covertly.]

[Hypnotist’s Reply: The intent of the waiters embarrassment was more a bit of an inside joke about how the super rich usually do things that normal people wouldn’t do but yet the wait staff are expected to just sit there and watch without any real reaction or saying anything, while I’m sure many of them are screaming in their mind “You sick fucks!” but yet can’t say anything. The reason it wasn’t leaned on more is because the person in the script can’t read the waiters mind to know he is thinking that… but I also didn’t explain it so it left a void that drove Ivy nuts.]

Hypnotist — 1:17 AM: but not surprised.

but you don’t know why.

and then all of a sudden...

as he arrives one last time

and your last article of clothing

[Psyco Comment: Aaaaannd now the dress.]

[Hypnotist’s Reply: I love that we are getting a play by play undressing of Psyco in the comments = ]

Hypnotist — 1:17 AM: all at once you realize

your naked now...

just sitting in the fancy restaurant

Ivy 1:20 AM: Like im the main course all along

[Ivy Comment: This is not only when all the pieces fell together in my mind, but also when I filling in details myself, like the one mentioned above.]

[Hypnotist’s Reply: In my defense this was designed to be set up a bit like a mystery, I think I just needed more brain power then I had to flesh it out properly.]

One detail my mind added, For example, was why we were on this date in the first place

If it was a very luxurious restaurant, have we ever been there before?

And if not, we may be feeling a bit like a fish out of water, especially as other diners kept looking at us

If we were on a date perhaps our date has been here before, they seem to have a repertoire with the staff

In the session, from the get-go, it felt like the waiter was in on something larger, and we were right

In my mind we were getting more and more attention from the diners as we kept stripping off our clothing because we were the entertainment of the night, dinner and a show

At the end, when we were moved, I pictured being moved into a sort of gallery space on the opposite end of the restaurant, perhaps we were the only statue there but along the walls around where we proposed there were larger pictures of previous statues, the same date photographed with each one

[Hypontist’s Note: One of the things that Ivy has commented in the past is when she ‘forgets’ she doesn’t completely ‘forget’ (to be honest no one does.) She will get random ‘Flashes’ of what happened during her day, flashes that pull her out of her normal routine to make her stop and think “wait.. What was that?!” and then it just vanishes. It’s her own specific way of doing it, and when she told me about it I incorporated it into the language I use with her specifically.]

Ivy 2:35 AM: A detail I rarely mentioned but is always present in my mind when on display is that my identity, even in fantasy, is always obscured, here I keep picturing myself wearing some kind of mask, or maybe my hair is done I completely different way than I usually wear it, something that keeps my identity a mystery, in this session the restaurant we are in is not only Ultra exclusive but everyone seems to be wearing some kind of masquerade style mask which simply helped my mind is more into the fantasy, so when I was on display I did so confidently and it hits deeper this way

And that was our session, overall I left the session feeling rather bummed and frustrated. This was the second session in a row where I felt like I hadn’t succeeded in the most basic of hypnotic skills, telling a compelling story.

The previous session with Psyco and the creepy crawling things I had to keep purposely toned down because it was a creepy idea and I didn’t want her to freak out (even though I doubted she would, she’s a tank.)

[Psyco Comment: I told ya to go full boar. I think we both would have enjoyed it more if ya had. ]

[Hypnotist’s Reply: She’s not wrong, we probably would have, but I didn’t feel comfortable doing that, and… little known tid bit here for the reading audience… A hypnotist needs to feel comfortable with what he is doing just as much as the subjects need too. Which is why that topic for the video was a bad one to pick on my part. I picked something and I didn’t think it through… which is very common for me. ]

But after this one I had to do something that I hate doing. I had to sit down and look at my life and try to figure out what I was doing wrong. It took my wife, several friends, and chatgpt a grand total about 4 seconds to tell me that I was trying to do too much and I needed a break.

In life whether it’s hypnotizing someone or doing your work, or dealing with your family, you NEED to take a break sometimes. You are not a machine, you can’t have 100% up time. And sadly, neither can I. From this I took a few days to relax, and although my real life has been far more hectic then I would prefer I did scale back my work schedule to allow me less stress and frustration and to let my creative juices flow a bit more easily. And that is the main point of this entire log. As a hypnotist everyone kind of expects us to just always have our “A-game”. That isn’t realistic, not for me, not for you, not for anyone. We all need time to recharge. If you find that you’re struggling, don’t push yourself, take a break! You’ll come back clearer and it will show in your work!
