Description: Two young women volunteer to be hypnotized for a Fourth of July trance. One that is sure to make fireworks displays a very different experience in the future.

This session was used to create the real life hypnosis video: Explosions in the Mind

[Hypnotist’s Note: This session was actually the second session that we did this evening. It was intended to be posted in the proper order but due to my inability to properly read a calendar it has to come out first. Like with the previous... now next session, I was very tired during this session and therefore my spelling and general typing ability went to shit… more so than normal. I left all of the misspellings intact so that you can get a more accurate view of what the girls saw while they were being hypnotized… and because I’m lazy and spell checking is annoying. Enjoy!]

and as you look at the night sky...

you just sit

and wait

watching

looking to see if you can see it

climbing into the night sky

just before it explodes

into a perfect circle of glowing blue sparks

spreading out

before they start to drift down

glowing brightly

before they fade away into the night.

[Hypnotist’s Note: I actually loaded up a chart showing the names and appearances of the different kinds of fireworks so I could describe them to them. In a situation like this overloading them with stimuli is the key. Especially the feeling of the report on their bodies, mainly because Psyco has commented in the past that that works well on her, and even if it’s not something Sleepygirl has mentioned working on her in the past, it just adds one more detail to overload her mind as well.]

a thump in the distance...

and a flash in the sky...

a pop echoes through the air...

you feel it as it hits

like a soft thump of a pillow

but it makes your heart start to race

the flash lights up the sky

climbs into the sky

this one explodes

and puts out a sparkling.

sizzling sound

it sounds like tin foil being crumpled

or steaks... sizzling on the grill
